Position Snapshot
• $120,000-$150,000 AUD / Year DOE + Bonuses + Car + Laptop
• Based off 38 hour working weeks
• Private yacht fleet
A unique opportunity has become available for a captain with superyacht experience to go shore based in this exciting role in Perth
The captain will work within a larger management team overseeing a small fleet of private vessels, largely for one owner
The private yachts are state of the art and range from 30’ up to 100’ and are used mostly for day-style trips in the Perth / Rottnest area.
Specific training will be given on each vessel which always goes out with additional crew for any guest trips
Can also be involved with the broader international fleet, with some national/international travel, with potential for a much larger yacht for Perth
Lots of opportunity for career and role growth.
Core 38 hour week , with time in lieu or $$ bonuses for any additional by mutual agreement

The Ideal Candidate
• Superyacht / yacht captain experience
• Master 5 or Master 4 but will also consider MCA tickets
• Can work well within a larger yacht management team
• Excellent allrounder , enjoys role and vessel variety
• Knowledge of Perth and West Coast
• Perth based or willing to relocate
• Looking for longevity and career growth
• High level of professionalism

Salary: $120,000-$150,000 AUD / Year + Bonuses + Car + Laptop (depending on experience)
