Land Based Chief Stewardess in London

Our client, an UHNW family based in North West London are looking for a land based Chief Steward/ess to assist with all their House Management and personal needs. The experienced candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of the families London residence and will have experience as interior yacht crew with sharp attention to detail, efficiency, housekeeping and service experience. This is a wonderful role for a chief steward/ess to transition to a land-based role.

Accommodation;

Live-out. Candidates must live within commuting distance of North West London, UK 

Working Days/Hours: 6 days per week with flexibility and out of hours support required
Salary: £75,000+ gross per year (competitive for the right candidate and depending on experience)
Start date: August/September 2024

Essential requirements;

A minimum of 3 years’ yachting experience as Chief Stewardess
English and French language preferred
Right to work and live in the UK
5* housekeeping standards
Attention to detail
Well presented at all times
Supporting references
DBS check
Confidential and discreet at all times
Daily duties:

Supporting household staff with housekeeping and laundry when required
Liaising with external contractors
Welcoming guests, preparing and serving drinks and refreshments
Shopping and inventory checks
Assisting chef and butler as required
Setting table and service
Polishing silverware, care of antiques and artwork
Manage household, flowers and overall aesthetic presentation
Assisting with families needs on a daily basis
