Live-in Villa Couple

We are looking for an experienced, hard-working Italian speaking domestic couple to work in our UHNW clients’ stunning villa in Tuscan, Italy. The villa has 9 bedrooms and large grounds inclusive of an outdoor swimming pool. The clients preferred couple should be extremely well presented with experience working within a private property and have a positive outlook and welcoming attitude.

Couple Requirements:

• Well-organized, well presented, good manners
• Able to work in a team with other members of staff
• A responsible, trustworthy, hardworking couple who take pride in their work, appearance and with a positive outlook
• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role and property
• Skills: Good knowledge of modern home appliances and equipment, cleaning techniques and products
• Language: Italian - at least medium knowledge (to communicate with local people and authorities and to fulfil professional duties),
• Basic English
• Due to live-in accommodation, no pets due to accommodation

Duties:

• Looking after the garden: watering plants, cleaning, irrigation system and fountains maintenance, lawn mowing
• Looking after the gates, doors, windows: keeping all in good working condition
• Looking after the swimming pool and surrounding area: cleaning, water control, technical control, etc.
• Minor repairs where necessary (internal and external)
• Outdoor furniture care and maintenance
• Driving: keeping the owner’s cars in good order, making purchases related to the property, other duties when necessary
• Maintaining stock of all required cleaning material and equipment
• Maintaining a record of all expenses/purchases with invoices and quotes
• Ensuring any technical/electrical/mechanical equipment is in working order and is serviced regularly

Housekeeping:

• Day-to-day cleaning of the entire property
• Making beds, changing bedlinen and towels regularly
• Regular dusting, mopping, vacuuming of carpets, upholstery, curtains, and any other interior items
• Window cleaning
• Laundry: washing, ironing, steaming of bed linen, towels, table clothes, client’s clothes, etc.
• Tableware and kitchenware cleaning, storing, maintaining in good condition, setting up tables for meals, serving meals to the table
• Compliance with storage and inventory rules
• Good knowledge of how to look after delicate expensive fabrics and materials is necessary

Start date: ASAP

Salary: €60,000+ per annum

Accommodation: Fully furnished accommodation with a separate entrance. It consists of a kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom.

Holidays: Will be provided during the year in accordance with the family needs (when the family or their guests are not staying at the villa)

Car: A car is provided for the villa maintenance and service.
