Nursing Assistant

A HNWI yacht owner based in Sydney, Australia is looking for a second Personal Assistant to support his day-to-day activities.
The principal is in his senior years and travels to Fiji, New Zealand and the UK annually of which no greater than 16 weeks are spent in Sydney, Australia.
Tasks consist of:
- Daily medical check BSL, HR, BP, Oxygen
- Liaising with medical team 
- Foot and head massage
- Application of topical creams on skin
- Assisting principal walk including getting up and sitting down
- Pushing principal in the wheelchair

- Daily house maintenance: Clean living room, clean dining room, clean master bedroom, sweep the path, clean the elevator, sweep front of house and backyard tiling, clean laundry, clean master bedroom and bathroom, clean communal bathroom, retrieving delivered newspaper.
Weekly house maintenance: Deep clean kitchen, deep clean laundry, clean the garage, clean pool room, clean the second level apartment, clean the gym.
- Laundry and ironing.
- Take in and retrieve the dry cleaning, grocery and household shopping, personal shopping.
- Car cleaning and maintenance including refuelling.
- Garden maintenance and scheduling (Koi pond, Japanese garden).
- Social events and dinner reservations.
Travel planning and scheduling spilt with the Executive Personal Assistant, diary management.
- Birthday cards and flowers.
- Personal management: Layout principal’s clothes, clean shoes, make bed & tidy room, look after guests.
- Cover the Executive PA’s days off, one member of staff to be always on duty, accompany the principal to social events.
- Cooking meals split with the Executive PA.
- Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Table preparation, setup, serving fine dining, tea, drinks.
- The ideal candidate will be either in training or a qualified Nursing assistant/Nurse and optional to have yachting and private estate experience.
