Trilingual speaking Sales Assistant, office based

We are currently looking for trilingual Sales Assistant for a Monaco based Yacht Mgt company.

Tasks.

Reception, secretarial and administrative. Brokerage support. Organizing yacht visits.

Qualifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook. Post Bac qualifications.

Skills and experience.

Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Enjoys working to deadlines. Must have experience working with high profile clients x 2 years.

Languages.

Fluent English, French and Italian. Other languages a plus.

Contract.

Permanent, full time position. Flexible to work 2 x Saturdays per month during high season.

Based. Monaco

Would be ideal for an experienced crew person wishing to go shore based.
