Overview

Our high-profile private client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Private PA / Lifestyle Manager, to oversee and manage their day-to-day lifestyle, and become an integral part of their household team based in Notting Hill.

The Principal is looking for a meticulous, organised, and discrete individual who is experienced in managing the intricate details of a private individual’s affairs, as well as overseeing multi-properties across Europe and the US.

The Private PA must have experience of working in a highly pressurised environment, with lots of shifting priorities. Previous yacht experience is also required.

Job duties:

Responsibilities of the Private PA / Lifestyle Manager in Notting Hill include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the principal’s personal affairs, managing their schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Oversee the smooth operation of multiple properties, including maintenance, staff management, and ensuring all properties are impeccably presented
• Coordinate with domestic staff across various locations, ensuring seamless communication and high standards of service
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Accompany the principal on travel, both domestic and international, providing logistical support
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the principal’s evolving needs

Candidates must be/have:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a private household working for a high-profile individual/HNWI/UHNWI
• Previous yacht experience required
• UK Passport holder or have Right to work in UK
• Proven experience managing multiple properties and staff across different locations
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Polished and professional manager, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a flexible approach
• Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice, both domestically and internationally
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role

Accommodation will be provided when travelling.

Up to £80,000, depending on experience.
