Live out Governess

Silver Swan is currently looking for a Live out Governess in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will work 10 days per month and will have to maintain open and regular communication with the mum, updating her on the children's progress, challenges, and achievements. The Governess will have to listen attentively to the children's needs and concerns, offering guidance and reassurance as needed.

Responsibilities: 

• Encourage the children to explore their interests and talents, including music.
• Plan and engage in activities that promote their physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
• Provide emotional support and guidance as they navigate challenges and milestones.
• Foster independence and self-discipline while also providing guidance and support.
• Help with morning routines, ensuring the children are ready for school.
• Assist with homework and school projects, especially focusing on the British curriculum.
• Provide additional educational support, particularly in English, French, and Polish.
• Accompany the family on trips, including the two weeks in July and August, providing consistent care and support.

Ideal Candidate: 

• Must hold a European passport or the right to work in Poland.
• Be based in Warsaw or commutable distance as this is a live-out Role. 
• Must hold a Driving License
• Must have Governess experience. 
• Be flexible with your schedule, as days may occasionally change.

Package: 

• Salary: 9k pln per month
• Live out Role
