Executive Housekeeper – Florida

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the meticulous care and management of an UHNWI estate in Florida, Palm Beach. This role demands a polished individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in executive housekeeping, preferably within the UHNW sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of housekeepers and laundresses.
• Proficiency in coordinating daily, general, and deep cleaning schedules, adapting them to family movements and preferences.
• Extensive knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, and organic/sustainable cleaning products.
• Exceptional wardrobe management skills, including organizing storage, maintaining inventory, and executing tasks given by stylists.
• Effective communication skills to promptly relay changes in preferences to the hospitality team.
• Budget management experience and the ability to obtain multiple quotes for cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in English
• Tech-savvy with computer literacy for maintaining digital platforms and communication tools.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varying hours during family residency months and guest visits.
• Experience in private household management or luxury hotels is essential.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, adaptability, and flexibility in all aspects of the role.
• Willingness to travel periodically to other residences in the US to oversee and implement standards and checklists.
