Housekeeper – Florida

We are seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to maintain the impeccable cleanliness and organization of an esteemed UHNWI residence in Florida, Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working with pace while upholding 5-star standards. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for housekeeping are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

•    Adhering to daily and deep cleaning schedules as directed by the House Manager or Executive Housekeeper.
•    Performing housekeeping duties in accordance with established family preferences, checklists, and SOP’s.
•    Refreshing and turning-over family and guest rooms daily and upon request, ensuring linen changes as per family member’s preferences.
•    Conducting regular walk-arounds of the residence to maintain neatness and complete housekeeping checks.
•    Utilizing specialized cleaning techniques for fine furnishings and materials, including antiques, artwork, crystal, and fine linens.
•    Upholding 5-star household standards in all cleaning practices.

Organization & Inventory:

•    Maintaining wardrobes, cupboards, and storage areas in an orderly fashion, adhering to inventory management procedures.
•    Participating in monthly housekeeping inventories
•    Relaying stock level information and assisting with reorders as necessary.

Special Requests & Other Duties:

•    Traveling to multiple family residences within the US
•    Assisting with special events, setting tables, serving, and other hospitality tasks.
•    Reporting maintenance issues promptly to the Executive Housekeeper 
•    Assisting with laundry tasks and handling special requests from family or guests.

•    Flexibility, efficiency, and meticulousness in cleaning tasks.
•    Physical fitness and well-groomed appearance.
•    Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
•    Anticipatory and attentive to family needs.
•    Ownership mindset and passion for maintaining high standards.
