Silver Swan is currently working on an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced and dedicated Royal Governess to join our client’s household, providing childcare for the 3-year-old son of a prestigious Abu Dhabi-based royal family. This immediate Royal Governess role involves the comprehensive care and nurturing upbringing of a cherished three-year-old boy, within a culturally rich and exclusive environment. It is essential that all applicants have previous Governess experience within the UAE, impeccable etiquette and be comfortable with a high-visibility role. Responsibilities:

• Initial Education: Develop and execute age-appropriate educational activities fostering the child's intellectual growth and a lifelong love for learning
• General Upbringing: Take the lead in instilling values, impeccable manners, and a strong sense of cultural awareness suitable for royalty.
• Comprehensive Care: Provide attentive, nurturing care ensuring the child's physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met with the utmost excellence.
• Collaboration with Household Staff: Work harmoniously with other household members, including additional Nanny support, to create a seamless and efficient caregiving environment. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record as a Governess within the UAE, with a focus on caring for young children (2-5 years bracket), demonstrating expertise, and understanding of their needs.
• Exceptional knowledge of early childhood education and developmental milestones, providing a foundation for the child's growth
• Ability to uphold the highest standards of care and discretion befitting a royal household, with previous experience in a fully staffed household being advantageous
• Immediate availability to commence duties

Package: 

• Monthly salary: 20,000 – 23,000 AED, based on experience
