Silver Swan is a rapidly expanding, leading recruitment agency sourcing corporate and hospitality professionals for family offices and luxury properties across the world. We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced recruitment specialist to join the team, managing our UAE office in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to make the next step in your career to run your own, stand-alone branch of the company in a hot market (quite literally!).

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment and managing a team. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle of all vacancies across the Middle East, as well as devising and implementing effective business development strategies to expand your client base and grow the division. With the authority to hire and fire and manage your own recruitment team, you will manage your own P&L and really take ownership of every aspect of our Middle East division.

The successful candidate will be social, very confident and willing to interact with clients and candidates in person wherever possible and will have a real drive to push the brand forward. We will conduct initial training in our London office before moving to Dubai to live and work permanently, with weekly meetings with the London team.

Your role will be a hybrid role between your home and our Dubai office in JLT.

  • Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, ensuring our database (Bullhorn) is updated correctly and thoroughly.
  • Resourcing candidates: identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Prove to be an expert in your field by building a strong personal brand and sharing insights into the domestic staffing and corporate world.
  • Manage the advertising of new vacancies on job boards and the Silver Swan website.
  • Understand your division’s financials, with regards to targets and generated income.
  • To uphold the company’s values and provide exceptional service to all external candidates, clients and suppliers.
  • With some weekly support from the London office, have confidence in being autonomous to run the Dubai office in your own way.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with in-depth knowledge of the GCC.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Natural sales ability with the confidence to meet with candidates and clients in person.

  • Able to multitask and work at a quick pace.
  • Results-orientated mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
