Full time Housekeeper for couple in Melbourne CBD – close to transport! CBDM

A mature couple with a luxury apartment in the heart of Melbourne is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to take care of their already immaculate residence on a full-time basis.  This is a medium sized apartment with only the couple and their very small, clean dogs – so you will need to be OK working with pets and be prepared to feed them when they are hungry.

As mentioned, this is a full-time role Monday to Friday with hours that could vary slightly but generally 9am – 5pm or 10am to 6pm.  There may be a weekend day here or there when they are entertaining but this would not be often and you would receive a day off in lieu of the hours worked.  They are looking for someone who can work on their own, is discreet and respectful and is able to manage the tasks at hand in a professional and detailed manner.

Duties will include:

All cleaning, general housekeeping, laundry (a must to have experience with delicates/colours/ironing/folding and maintaining the wardrobe;

Basic food preparation and hygienic practices in the kitchen;

Manage kitchen stocks, arrange groceries and appropriate storage areas;

Be happy to assist with dinner table setting and occasional beverage service;

Experience required:

• 5-6 years minimum housekeeping experience in private homes;
• Managing trades as required;
• Excellent references;
• A high level of detail;
• Be able to work with limited supervision;
• Laundry sorting, folding, ironing;

• Police Check;
• Long term availability;
• A high level of detail;

A salary based on $100k - $120k per annum with all benefits and leave entitlements.
