Housekeeper – Beverly Hills

Silver Swan are working on a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Part-time Housekeeper to join a lovely UHNW family based in Beverly Hills, California. The successful Housekeeper will work closely with the existing Housekeeping team to provide museum-level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property. This role will require high organizational skills, inventory and wardrobe management, and ability to work well within a well-established team. Shifts will vary from week to week, so flexibility is essential. Responsibilities:

•    All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence.
•    Maintenance of tidiness throughout all areas of the household.
•    Managing daily inventory, ensuring appropriate back stock, overseeing deliveries.
•    Assisting with wardrobe management, including caring for fine garments.
•    Additional duties as requested
 
Ideal Candidate:

•    Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
•    Professional and well-presented
•    Lives within commutable distance to Beverly Hills, California
•    Possesses flexibility to work weekends, and early morning/late shifts when required
•    Excellent time-management and organisational skills
•    Exceptional attention to detail
•    Has previous experience working for UHNW clients, with proven longevity as a Housekeeper
•    Excellent references from previous employers
•    Must have a right to work in the US
 
Package:

•    Salary: $28-$35 per hour
•    Hours: Shifts varying weekly, estimated 30-35 hours per week
•    Two weeks PTO per year, $475/month toward choice of various Blue Shield HMO / PPO plans.
•    6 days annual sick leave
•    Start date: ASAP
•    Live-out position
