Housekeeper/Ladies Maid – Beverly Hills

Silver Swan are working on a wonderful opportunity for an experienced full-time Housekeeper/Ladies Maid to join a lovely UHNW family based in Beverly Hills, California. The successful Housekeeper/Ladies Maid will work closely with the existing Housekeeping team to provide museum-level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property, as well as when the family travels. This role will require high organizational skills, inventory and wardrobe management, and experience onboarding new staff members. Shifts will vary from week to week, so flexibility is essential. Responsibilities:

•    All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence.
•    Maintenance of tidiness throughout all areas of the household.
•    Managing daily inventory, ensuring appropriate back stock, overseeing deliveries.
•    Assisting with packing and unpacking, travelling with the family when required.
•    Laundry and wardrobe management, including caring for fine garments.
•    Driving, running errands, and assisting the Principal as required
•    Additional duties as requested
 
Ideal Candidate:

•    Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
•    Professional and well-presented
•    Lives within commutable distance to Beverly Hills, California
•    Possesses flexibility to work weekends, and early morning/late shifts when required
•    Excellent time-management and organisational skills
•    Exceptional attention to detail
•    Has previous experience working for UHNW clients, with proven longevity as a full-time Housekeeper/Ladies Maid
•    Excellent references from previous employers
•    Must have a right to work in the US
 
Package:

•    Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
•    Two weeks PTO per year, $475/month toward choice of various Blue Shield HMO / PPO plans.
•    6 days annual sick leave
•    Start date: ASAP
•    Live-out position
