Live in Housekeeper, Berkshire

Silver Swan is currently seeking a dedicated Live-in Housekeeper to join a prestigious household near Hungerford, Berkshire. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work in a part-time residence for a non-domiciled client, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, Laundry, and Ironing: Performing thorough cleaning duties throughout the residence, including laundry and ironing tasks.
• Family Style Cooking: Preparing simple and nutritious family-style meals for the household.
• Pet Care: Occasionally looking after the family's two friendly dogs, ensuring their well-being and comfort

Ideal Candidate:

• Trustworthy and honest, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all aspects of the role
• Driver Essential: A valid driving licence is essential for transportation and errands
• Proven experience in a similar housekeeping role, with a strong understanding of household maintenance, specialised in UHNW private households or other high-end environments
• Comfortable with animals, as there are two friendly, lively dogs on the property

Package:

• Salary: Competitive salary starting from £35,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Working Week: 5 days per week, with flexibility to work weekends during busier periods, particularly between April and September
• Accommodation: A self-contained bedroom, kitchen, and living area with a separate entrance in the main house
• Start Date: Immediate start, allowing for seamless integration into the household
