Broadreach Adventures leads adventure based programs for teens throughout the summer in the Caribbean.

Sailing Instructors/Skippers lead summer live-aboard diving, sailing and marine science programs throughout the Leeward and Winward Islands aboard 40-55 ft. catamarans and monohulls.
Skippers sail a yacht and teach basic sailing skills as they guide middle or high school students on an adventure through the Caribbean.

Skippers are paired with another instructor and supervise students 24/7, facilitate group dynamics, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties, support scuba training and other program activities. Depending on the program, skippers will be paired with a marine biologist, dive instructor or first mate. Students and instructors live aboard the yacht for the duration of their program, so experience living in close quarters is a plus.

Instructors are expected to be flexible team players that foster a fun, safe environment for students to thrive and experience new places, cultures and activities.

Broadreach is an IYT (International Yacht Training) partner school and offers courses from “Introduction to Yachting” to “Bareboat Skipper”.
