Residential Property Manager required for Sydney properties (Inner West) - PPOM

An extended family with multiple large properties located in Sydney’s inner west is seeking a hands-on property manager who can undertake regular weekly patrols of each property and ensure all areas and facilities of each property are carefully maintained.  You will be required to schedule and carry out any work required such as pool care and maintenance, lawns, tidying, ad-hoc projects such as painting and light carpentry and/or special minor repair work and if required arranging trades for the larger jobs.

You will also be responsible for the upkeep (cleaning) of the families four vehicles and arranging service when due. We are looking for someone who is proficient in calendar, tasks and budget management who is able to plan and execute tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• A clear understanding of Workplace, Health and Safety Practices;
• The ability to work unsupervised, fast and efficiently;
• Ability to understand and learn new computer based skills

In addition to a base salary of $110,000 + Superannuation you will enjoy the following benefits:

• Annual Bonus of $12,000 per annum based on specific performance standards;
• A new Ute fitted with tools and equipment with all fuel and tolls supplied (=$36,000 per year)
