Captain for charter 28m sailing yacht

We require an experienced Captain for a busy 28m private and charter sailing yacht that is currently in Italy.
Start: May 2024
Location: Western Mediterranean
Salary : paid in Euros,
1)Base salary 4,500 Plus
2) Bonus for each charter from 500 € to 1000 €
3) additional incentives from the charter’s which can be between 15% to over 20% of charter fee that is 35,000 per week.

Skills and Attributes Required: minimum 3 years experience as a Captain on a charter 25m+ S/Y
Yacht master Offshore as a minimum;
Seafarer discharge book in hand; AEC; Powerboat Level 2; STCW Basic Safety Training certificate (Fully Updated) with PDSD; Seafarer's Medical Certificate (valid for minimum 6 months); Strong sailor;
Excellent mechanical knowledge/experience;
Experience in general and preventative maintenance;
Organisational skills and account/bookkeeping Management of crew, hours of work; Excellent communication/navigational and ship handling skills;
Professional presentation; Good knowledge of the English language is required;
Non-Smokers ONLY; No Visible Tattoos preferred.
