Captain 110 foot yacht

Need an experienced captain currently living in the eastern US or the Bahamas or Caribbean with a 200GT minimal license and at least 5 years experience in yachting.  A background in engineering and mechanical systems of large yachts is a must.  The yacht is used for personal and charter.  The Captain must have a "charter" type personality, able to,provide guests with an exceptional experience, while leading a team of three to five crew professionally.  We are based out of Fort Lauderdale and the Bahamas.  Captain applicants should have at least three references to contact, intimately familiar with their skills, knowledge, and personality.  The goal here is to have lots of fun in a safe, professional, smooth running operation.
