HOTEL/INTERIOR MANAGER FOR PRIVATE 70m YACHT

The Chace People team is seeking an experienced, superstar Hotel/Interior Manager for a private 70m vessel that will oversee all interior aspects. The Interior Manager will liaise with the owner’s executives and act as a cruise manager when guests are onboard, set up for the owners at beaches/islands and work closely with the existing chief stewardess.

The vessel spends six months in Greece and six months in the Red Sea with a fantastic multinational crew. This is a busy, fast-paced and demanding position that will suit anyone with a strong background in high-end hotels and/or high-profile yachts. This is a permanent position with two months of paid vacation and a private single cabin.

Requirements:

• Experience and exposure to high-end hospitality and/or yachting is essential
• Oversee and improve the overall service and guest experience on the yacht
• Strong understanding of F&B, top service standards and mindset
• Strong team leader who is flexible with meticulous attention to detail, innovation and client orientation
• Natural knowledge that the highest level of service is the ability to create the experience and emotional connection
• Lead by example and promote a culture of quality, hyper-personalization, and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English is essential
