Deckhand / Mate for a 40m FF Caribbean private program

We have an opening on a private 40M Caribbean based for a hands on mate. This is not a bridge position, so we are looking for a candidate that is YM level not OOW and has a solid 3 years experience as a deckhand and / or bosun. The yacht will stay in the Caribbean and plans to go to the MED for the summer of 2024. The salary will be in the $5-6K region.
