Deckhand/Watersports Guru – 50m Private MY- Tahiti , South Pacific Islands, OZ

Are you an experienced deckhand interested in fishing, kitesurfing, diving and surfing the South Pacific Islands?

Are you available for a Mid-August start?

A very high profile 50m Private MY is on the search for an all-round waterman to assume the role as Deckhand as they pin ball their way through the South Pacific Islands
The vessel has an emphasis on watersports and experience particularly with Fishing & Kiteboarding will be sought after in this role
The deckhand must be a ‘gun’ tender driver and can work effectively within a tightknit deck team.
All crew onboard have been there 2-3 years and will be chasing a similar commitment from the Deckhand

Experience: 1-2 years within the Superyacht Industry
Nationality: Open to all , but Oz / Kiwi candidates strongly considered
Certification: PBL2 or similar (yachtmaster bonus)
Salary: DOE (higher than industry) (Paid in $US)
Leave: 60 days (2x return flights to the boat)
Desired Skills: Primary : Fishing & Kitesurfing Secondary: Surfing & Diving
Tender experience: lots

Drinking/ Partying: minimum or casual
Drugs: None (random drug testing completed
Tattoos: Non- Offensive and or racial/ political or religion related
Training Scheme: Yes
Program: South Pacific for the next 1-2 years, 50m Foreign Flagged vessel with multinational crew. All active and looking for adventure. .Yard period in Australia end 2023 during cyclone season
