We are currently seeking a passionate and meticulous Live-Out Housekeeper for our client’s residence in Central London, SW1.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the Principals.

The house is a stunning 7-storey townhouse, featuring luxurious amenities such as a pool, spa area, and a top-floor home gym with breathtaking views over Westminster.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, highly organised, meticulous about cleaning, knowledgeable about fine furnishings, art-work, and antiques, and possesses a true passion for presenting a home in its best possible state. They will also be dependable, exhibit the utmost discretion, be flexible with their time, work well within a team, and have a warm sense of humour.

Job duties
General housekeeping and cleaning:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the townhouse
  • Perform meticulous cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring pristine condition
  • Care for fine furnishings, artwork, and antiques, using appropriate cleaning techniques
  • Oversee laundry, including delicate fabrics and garment care

Candidates must be/have:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeper in an UHNW Private Household setting or similar
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques for fine furnishings, artwork, and antiques
  • Passion for maintaining a beautiful and well-presented home
  • Dependability and commitment to meeting the needs of the Principals
  • Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late evenings as required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Warm sense of humour and ability to foster a positive work environment
