House Management Couple / Property Guardian Couple

An experienced and professional House Management couple are required for a large, formal residence in Cannes.

This role encompasses management, supervision, coordination and execution of the day-to-day housekeeping and other services.

The Principal is in residence for three months of the year, during which time the couple will be expected to work longer hours.

The ideal couple will have previous experience working for UHNW/VIP clients in a similar role or as a guardian couple.

Job spec

• Manage and supervise all aspects of housekeeping and maintenance at the 5* property
• Hire and train new and existing staff (including seasonal staff, such as drivers and gardeners), when required
• Basic HR duties, such as setting up policy and procedures for staff
• Concierge services

Candidates must be/have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role or as a guardian couple
• Must be French citizens and have strong knowledge of the Cannes area
• Excellent management and concierge skills
• Calm and act wisely in hard times and under stress
• Sound judgement and the ability to multi-task

Salary
