Position Snapshot
• Mid-May to Late September
• 4000€ to 6000€ / month DOE
• Private use only

A lovely personable, Australian family are on the search for a Mate/2nd engineer for their immaculate 35m private MY for a season around the Ionian Islands in Greece.
The vessel will undertake short 8-10 day trips around the islands with decent breaks between guest trips
The Mate / Engineer will support the captain both on deck & within the engine room and time could be split between the two depending how mechanically inclined.
Joining the yacht in Athens in Mid May , the crew will have a 2-3 weeks to get the yacht ready before the season commences
The yachts manager is open to flying the right candidate worldwide
Also possibility for repeat seasons if the Mate/engineer enjoys their time

The Ideal Candidate
• Deck/ mate experience on similar size vessels
• Engineering background
• Tender driving experience
• Good seamanship skills
• Fun, personable and active
• Will offer a firm commitment for the whole season
• STCW

Start: Mid-May

Finish: Late September

Salary: 4000€ to 6000€ / month DOE + return flights
