Live-out Temporary Head of Service (Land Based Chief Steward/ Stewardess) - VAC-71134

Our returning VIP clients are seeking a team of temporary staff for their property in Virginia Water, Surrey, UK. This is a young family with a 1- and 3-year-old who plan to spend summer in this property with occasional trips to their London home. Whilst the clients expect very high standards, this is a modern, dynamic, and informal household.
We are seeking a candidate who has previously worked as a Chief Stewardess on yachts to take on the role of Head of Service. You will be overseeing a team of 3 service staff (ex-stewardess’) and will be responsible for delivering 5* service as well as being expected to help with any other duties as needed (some housekeeping, errands, etc).

Excellent written and spoken English is a must and given the properties location, being a driver with own car is essential. Only candidates with previous experience working as a Chief Steward/ Stewardess will be considered.

This is a live-out role so accommodation will not be provided, and applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
Working days & hours: Rota basis (40-45 hours per week across 5 days)
Assignment dates: April – October 2023

Salary: £50,000 gross pro rata (Negotiable depending on skills & experience)
