About:

Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Crew HR Manager to join an established global leading company in their office in Europe / US.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have a degree in HR Management, Psychology or similar
  • have at least 5 years of experience in relevant role within the Maritime industry.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
