Lead Service Stewardess 85m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht

A Private 85m + Private Motor Yacht are seeking to recruit a hardworking, energetic, ellegent, well organised & experienced Lead Service Stewardess. Strong service skills and a a passion for service, food and drinks. This exciting opportunity is available to ladies which have held the postion of Lead/2nd Service stewardess or higher role.

Lead service is an exceptional service stew who is able to lead and work hand in hand with their team. You will train, motivate, and guide your team in a hands-on manner. You are forward-thinking and calm, able to work well under pressure. You have extensive service charter experience and can communicate well dealing with multi-nationalities and guests of all ages and preferences. Organizing theme night, activities, games, and events to enhance guest experience is a must. Your food and beverage knowledge is extensive and you can easily monitor and create order lists. Uniform control, issuing and ordering experience. Defects and Yard knowledge a big plus Yacht can be on anchor a lot with guests, so crew need to be highly motivated. Charter experiences a must. Minimum 3 years in service required.

All certification, passports and visa’s (if necessary) need to have 6 months validity:
1. STCW & PDSD
2. ENG1
3. Crowd and Crisis Management
4. Food Hygiene L2
5. WSET or
6. Mixology, Silver Service, Cigar, Barrister Training
7. Service or butler courses beneficial.
Yellow Fever, Covid-19 and Booster.
3:3 rotation

**Requirements: at least 2 years in a high end service hospitality background, computer literate, progressed throughout the ranks on yachts. Fluent in English. Rotation is 3 months on 3 months off, paid 12 months of the year. Salary is in Euros.
