Deckhand - Permanent - Bodrum, Turkey and Mediterranean

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated deckhand to join a private 48m MY in Bodrum, Turkey. The boat is heavily used by the UHNW family of 10, cruising the Mediterranean and further afield. You will have to have at least 5 years of experience and have previous commitment in each of your roles. This role is suitable for someone looking for a long term, close crew and wonderfully owned yacht.

Responsibilities

• - All deck duties
• - Wash-down of decks
• - Assisting interior team as and when
• - Working as a crew and ensuring a positive and upbeat, hard working approach to all working aspects

Ideal Candidate

• - Positive, upbeat and hard working personality
• - Experience on similar sized vessels and for a long period of time (e.g 1 year + on the same boat)
• - Must have excellent deck hand skills and be willing to work onboard for the long term and not just temporarily
• - Be committed to this new role and the family
• - Educated and interested in cruising itineraries and historical sites of the world, as this is one of the main points in cruising for this family
