Property Manager/s – Mornington Peninsula

• Private 3 bedroom Cottage Accommodation provided (optional)

A high-profile family based in Victoria is on the lookout for either a team or solo candidates to manage their properties on the Mornington Peninsula
The principle has 3 X properties in Flinders needing oversight and management, with scope to increase
Private 3 bedroom cottage accommodation can be provided in Flinders for candidates wanting a live onsite arrangement.

The properties are a mixture of investment / rentals and live in/ weekenders for the family and will require a property manager to:
• Look after the maintenance
• Coordinate trades
• Project Manage developments
• Interior & exterior detailing / cleaning
• Manage / coordinate bookings
• Inventories & purchasing
• Set up and pack downs
• Ensure properties are guest ready
• Liaise with principles EA/ staff
• Concierge
• Manage budgets / accounting
• Run errands

The ideal candidate should be extremely well organised and have experience working for HNW families, within either a superyacht or private residence setting
Must also be good with children and can occasionally take on concierge style duties on stays
The principles are open to a team to run the property

Start: Flexible January 2023 to March 2023

Salary: Excellent salary package (discussed on application) with inclusions / private rural cottage accommodation

The position could suit a couple returning from working on Superyachts or an established solo candidate/s with time in Victoria / Melbourne region
