JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Captain for private a 25m MY , currently in Palma Master 200 GT 50:50 Calm, good driver, hands-on: Good manager – organized and used to typical yacht admin. They must have engineering experience and understand the importance of maintenance. Salary = around €5000/month depending on experience. Position to start in January 2023. Swedish owner in his late 60's, not heavy boat usage The family have a villa on the island of Mallorca, so in the past, it has mainly been occasional weekend use of yacht from May - October and usually 1 main Balearic trip each summer The yacht will run this winter with a captain and deckhand who share the engineering responsibilities and hire a seasonal cook/stew next April. Ideal position for a candidate who has his family and lives in Mallorca. Apply with un updated Cv and references.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
