Wilsonhalligan are looking for an HR/Compliance Manager to join a dynamic business that is based in the UK.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have management experience at sea as a senior deck officer
  • have a comprehensive knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006)
  • have a strong knowledge of relevant Flag & Classification Society Rules & Regulations
  • be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

Location: Southampton / Portsmouth
Visa: valid Right to Work document is essential
Salary: DOE
Start date: ASAP

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
