Seasonal Captain - Port Douglas/Cairns

Are you a 500gt captain interested in a 3–6-month contract in FNQ?

A high profile 35m expedition style Charter/Private MY is on the search for a seasonal captain to work a 3-6 month contract (with possibility for renewal)
The yacht is currently up for sale but is still operational for charters and private trips.
Currently 2 X short term charters in Port Douglas scheduled for Mid-January
The owner is looking for a captain to work up until a potential sale and will offer 3–6-month contracts with renewal by mutual agreement
Captain will need a minimum of a 500gt unlimited (STCW) COC as the vessel is Foreign Flagged & commercial
The position would suit a 500gt/3000gt superyacht captain interested in a short-term position based in beautiful far north QLD
Australian or NZ candidates only

Start: When Found (with handover)

Salary: Package around $170,000 AUD / year
