Chalet Couple

We are looking for an experienced Chalet Couple for a high-end privately owned and rented out chalet in Europe. You will both manage the chalet to an extremely high standard. The host will be required to serve and manage the housekeeping of the chalet as well as exceeding the principal (when in house) and guest expectations (when rented out). The Chef and occasional driver will be the transport for journeys throughout their stay. This is a wonderful, quiet resort location, suitable for a couple who are looking to work in a beautiful tranquil location in the mountains for a VIP private client and occasional chalet guests. This is a full time, year round position. You must have high-end culinary skills as the chef. 

Responsibilities

• Managing the privately owned, rented out chalet to an extremely high standard
• Cooking for the guests and principal to a high standard 
• Looking after the guests every need
• Driving guests to and from various locations
• Snow clearing
• General and daily upkeep externally and internally of the property
• Maintenance of the chalet; housekeeping, laundry
• Guest services
• Cooking to a high level for the principal and guests when required

Ideal Candidate

• EU Passport holders
• German language preferred and English fluency
• Background working together as a couple onboard yachts, chalets or private villas
• Capable of managing guests and liaising with the chalet owners
• High standards of cooking required
• Excellent service experience and housekeeping standards
• This is a full time position suitable for EU passport holders who have a background working together in chalets, yachts or villas and who are looking for their next full time permanent position.

Package 

• Salary: €4000 combined + tips (DOE)
• Apartment
• Flights and travel expenses paid
• Meals on shift
• Additional work available in alternative chalets with extra pay if candidates are interested in less busy times during the season
• Tips + Salary at guests discretion
• EU Passport holders only due to Brexit
• Start date: 1st December 2022
