You are responsible for guest satisfaction onboard and must have the ability to anticipate owner/guest needs and exceed their expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position, as well as team management and fiscal administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Setting stewardess schedules for guest service and cleaning
• Interior cleaning and maintenance
• Interior inventory
• Interior accounting
• Liaison with guest and service meals and bartending
• Liaison with galley for meal services
• Orchestrating guest activities
• Boat stowage for sea
• Assisting with lines and fenders on deck
