Traveling Executive Housekeeper for Private Family

Private family seeks an experienced Traveling Executive Housekeeper to assist in the management, daily cleaning, and care of their multiple residences, the two primary locations are New York and Colorado. The schedule for this position is a five-day flexible schedule, with willingness to work long hours and weekends if needed. The candidate must be able to travel to each residence when requested to ensure the home is in working order and provide seamless service. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, have management experience, knowledge of cleaning and laundry, and be able to manage the procurement of household supplies/ordering. Being able to work alongside additional staff, as well as vendors and contractors, is a must.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• All aspects of general housekeeping, deep cleaning, and upkeep of the residence
• Ability to perform museum-quality cleaning
• Laundry service & managing items sent out for professional care
• Well organized, proactive, and extremely detail oriented
• Travel to each residence ahead of the family and prepare that the home is ready for the family’s arrival
• Packing and unpacking of clothing and items when the family arrives / departs each location
• Procurement and ordering of household supplies and groceries
• Management and organization of all closets, pantries, and storage areas
• Maintaining residence for guest readiness at all times
• Willingness to run routine errands such as dry cleaners, groceries, etc. when needed
• Additional Housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family
