Permanent Part-time Housekeeper for lovely family in Henley (Inner Sydney) - HENM

A busy professional family with four school age children is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Cook to assist on a part-time basis Mondays and Wednesdays from 8am to 11am and then again from 4pm to 7pm.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to work in a varied role which will include all domestic duties such as laundry/ironing, (no heavy cleaning), tidying bedrooms, pick up dry cleaning, post office, purchase gifts and other household essentials, prepare the children’s lunchboxes, prepare dinner for the family, pick up children from nearby school and take to after school activities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good communication skills
• Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
• Have good organisational skills
• Be familiar with correct cleaning techniques and laundry care
• Have previous long-term experience
• Hold a Current Police Check and WWCC (or be prepared to complete both)
• Have good references from past employers
• Drivers License and own vehicle

Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8am – 11am and 4pm to 7pm

Hourly rate: $35.00  

Start Date: ASAP

This is a long term, permanent position.
