Maintenance Officer – Private Residence – Sydney- Monday to Friday

A high-profile residence is on the search for a maintenance officer to join their team in Sydney’s Eastern Suburb location
The position could suit a former marine / yacht professional wanting a lifestyle change and greater structure around their work
The Maintenance officer will work in conjunction with other residence staff and report to the house manager
The role is highly structured, Monday to Friday with set hours

Duties will include (but not limited to)
-Exterior & Interior Equipment checks- pool filters, media rooms, heating , BBQ
-Handy Man, painting, troubleshooting as issues come up
-Maintaining Vehicles, taking for service ect
-Exterior Detailing, brass polishing, windows, cobwebs, high pressure spraying paths, leaves
-Managing contractors or small house projects
-Managing accounts, expenditure
-Keeping inventories and stocks, replacements

The Ideal Candidate
Hands on maintenance skills
Can work largely unassisted
Technically minded
Good degree of self-motivation
Personable and easy communication style
Can work within a small residence team
Organised with stores and methodical with checks
Experience with trades
Work rights for Australia
Looking for longevity

Start: 2 -4 weeks (with handover)

Salary: $90,000 AUD / Year TRP (DOE) as a guide

Can Start Casually $45 / Hour
