House manager Required for Private Residence - Paris

HOUSE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE RESIDENCE – PARIS

Start date: ASAP

We are looking for a highly experienced House manager to efficiently take care of the daily upkeep of this large private property in Paris. Our client is using the property sporadically throughout the year 1-4 days at the time and this year for the month of July.

You will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and supervise one other housekeeper. When the client arrives, he might bring extra staff that you should be comfortable to supervise as well. Ensuring the Villa is maintained to a high standard at all times and always ready for guests.

You must speak fluent French to be able to communicate with contractors for an undergoing renovation and future staff.

Due to the high-profile nature of our client, we are only able to share limited information on this role, the property and owner; however, more information will be shared throughout the interview process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous House Managing experience
• Alternatively or additionally, a Guest Relations Manager / Hotel Manager for a large reputed hotel, Interior manager/Chief stew of a yacht or Airline experience is also desirable
• Good educational background
• Must speak fluent English and French to communicate with contractors
