A high profile 26m expedition MY is on the search for a deck/mate to join their mostly Australian crew for the European season in the Western Med
Joining in Malta the yacht will head towards Sicily, cruising the Italian coast
Owner/Guests are retirement age but will also on occasion be accompanied by owners 2 X kids & grandkids
Crew of 4, so team player essential & willing to help other departments when needed.
The captain will guarantee drive time & mentorships during both shipyard & operational periods.
The deck/mate may also have the option continuing on down under for the Australian summer on the owners sister ship (also an expedition yacht)
Own cabin (when low guest numbers onboard)

The Ideal Candidate
• Superyacht experience
• Preferably yachtmaster / master 5 or equivalent
• Looking for bridge & wheel time
• Talented allrounder
• Lots of energy and very hands-on
• Watersports experience
• Tender driving skills
• Good line handling, davit operation
• Open to all nationalities, male or female

Salary: DOE- Paid in Euro’s Renumeration is Industry standard & above including perks
