Chief Stew for 50m private program West Palm Beach

We have an opening for a Chief stew on a 45-50M USA flagged private yacht. There is no hurry for the starting date as the current chief stew has been there over 5 years we are more concerned with finding the right fit. The start date will be Feb / March, the program is totally private with split time between New England (approx 4 months) and WPB (Approx 7-8 months). We are looking for more mature candidates ideally coming from a large yacht who can improve the service level and is enthusiastic with the 2nd and 3rd stews. This would be a great opportunity for someone with a place in WPB or who might want to set up camp there. The owner is on quite a lot but the crew can often go home with watches rotating. Candidates must be able to work in the USA legally, Green Card holders are encouraged to apply. The starting salary is DOE but will likely be in the $7-8K range.
