Working with a Yacht Management company who are now looking to add more people to the team and are now seeking a Client Manager. The company are seeking someone who can act as the key contact for Captains, Crew, and Client Offices. With responsibility for your own portfolio of yachts, but supported by an experienced team of maritime specialists, you will coordinate between the various management functions to ensure that service deliverables for your yachts are consistently exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage a section of yachts in management
  • Be able to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of yacht, operations, systems, engineering, refits
  • Able to perform work under pressure of multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced and varied role, and are not afraid to find creative solutions to complex problems
  • Good attention to detail and strong budgeting experience
  • As well as being the deputy DPA for the company

Qualifications

  • Sailed in rank of senior deck officer
  • ISM knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Basic accounting and ability to analyse budgets
  • Be able to communicate clearly and be able to speak with internal and external stakeholders

You will have the right to live and work in the USA already as the company are NOT offering sponsorship for this position.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
