We are looking for 1 Head Housekeeper Assistant for a position to be filled ASAP till the end of March 2022. Second temporary contract for the summer then is everything goes on well CDI. 

There is a strong possibility for this position to become a permanent position, if everything goes on well during your season. Possibility that the seasonal contract is renewed for the winter season. 

You will be working under the supervision of the Property Director, Head Housekeeper, and you will be managing a team of 12 Housekeepers on the behalf of the Head Houseekeper and in accordance to her instructions. 

The working day varies with a wide range of hours to be observed during the summer period. Basically, you will be on rotation, there are 2 different shifts during the day. You will either be working from 7.00 am till 3.30 pm or from 2.30 pm till 11.00 pm. The shifts will rotate each week. 

Work weekends and holidays. Flexibility in this sense is therefore requested.

The summer period is busier than the winter period.
You recover your overtime in time off, mainly during the winter period. The employer has a machine which counts all your over hours and makes sure that you recover them. 

Weekends off during the winter season.

You make a great importance to respect the Housekeeping standards and safety procedures and rules.

You be working with a team of 12 Housekeepers, especially during the summer period. You will do housekeeping as they do, you will check that the housekeepers did their job properly. 

You will also train the Housekeeper, who have newly joined the team and make sure that they follow the process that were implemented. 

Ability to do housekeeping at the very high level. 

Great availability and reactivity, discretion and confidentiality.

Calm and efficient under operational pressure.
 
Desired Profile
 
You speak English fluently, if you are not bilingual, you express yourself clearly. 

You need to speak French too and express yourself clearly. 

You have 3 years of successful experience in a Housekeeper position in a high standing hotel, in yachting or in a private villa.

You must have your own car to go to your workplace and to access the Villa. 

Renewable temporary contract (CDD) with an evolution into a prominent contract (CDI)- Variable hours / Flexibility required.

References required.

Salary: 2000 - 2200 euros net per month

Live out position.

Other advantages: mutual insurance and meals fully covered by the employer. Meals are cooked by the Chef.
