Fun, modern Manhattan based family are seeking a House Manager/Personal Assistant to provide key support to the family and the operation of their residence.
This is a multifaceted position that would suit an upbeat and positive candidate who excels in proactive communication.
Duties will include; Household management, administrative tasks, family support, property maintenance management and supervision.
With 3 school age boys and 3 French Bulldogs, potential candidates must be dog and children friendly.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and COVID safety aware.

- Ability to act as a representative on the Principal’s behalf, and in ways that maintain/enhance the Principal’s reputations and relationships

We are looking for someone who can commit to this position long term.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and communicate with household staff
- Supervise and communicate with vendors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Assistance with event planning
- Administrative duties including keeping abreast of NYC ordinance codes and compliance
- Support with school related responsibilities
- Purchasing and inventory management of household and pet supplies
- General daily household support including pet welfare
- Auto/ transportation management
Position will also include overseeing additional properties in Montauk and Aspen, ensuring tasks at each residence are being performed in a timely manner and homes are prepared for the family’s arrival.
Occasional travel may be required to additional properties
Qualifications/ Competencies:
- Experience working in private homes/yachts and managing vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy
- Experience in event planning
- Efficient administrative management skills
