Rotational Captain SY

Looking for a 2nd captain for a rotational position on a 30m SY.

Candidate must have strong sailing experience with charter experience.

Second captain will work under the existing captain and join a crew of 3.

Job will suit a candidate that wants to keep their foot in the industry.

Candidate must be flexible with a 2 month on/off schedule

UK-based prefered.

• MCA Yacht master, 200GT Unlimited, commercially endorsed or US Coast Guard equivalent
• Experience and knowledge on systems found on modern sailing vessels (radar, sailing/navigation instruments (B&G), VHF and sat radios, engine and hydraulic systems and controls)
• Good knowledge of meteorology.
• Fluent in English
