Junior Sales Broker (2 positions)

Ocean Fidelity is looking for the next member of our sales team! If you are a sales professional with a passion for sailing and creating memories that last a lifetime, this might be the right role for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Build Customer Rapport - spend time with customers to determine their needs and boat dreams, qualify them and discuss boat options for both new and used boats. We don’t just sell boats here; we sell dreams and build long lasting relationships.
• Build Customer Trust - become an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of each brand and model. Take customers on test sails demonstrating features. We represent high quality brands delivering exceptional value including one of the largest brands in the world.
• Manage sale negotiations – representing your customer, dealership and all vendors involved.
• Manage details from offer through survey, demo to final close with title company
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers and generate leads
• Participate in rotating office schedule including weekends
• Come have a blast with customers at company rendezvous

• Proficient in computer, email and social media
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiating skills with high closing ratio
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
• Must speak at least speak English or Spanish as main language, plus any other language (German, French, Italian, Russian…).
