JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Chief Stewardess for 3 yrs old private MY The plan is to start the Med season in Sardinia on 14th April. Cruising Sardinia, French and Italian Rivieras, and then Palma. The family is six and loves being on board. Good quality food and service are very important as they love wine and dine and spend more time at the table than doing anything else. As there are three Stews, rest periods are well managed and each Stew will average at least eight hours of sleep per night. The Chief remains on service all day but never does a late shift. These are shared by the 2nd and 3rd unless one is stronger on service and prefers to do all the late shifts. This is often more popular as a more regular sleep pattern is maintained. Looking for a strong Chief Stew or a strong 2nd Stew ready to start her own program. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Candidates need to be confident, charming, and charismatic, yet intelligent, mature, and responsible with the necessary drive and attention to detail to make this program their own. Ideal candidates will have experience working in small teams as either a Chief or 2nd on yachts between 30 and 45 meters. The new Chief Stew will be responsible for managing the entire interior and selecting her 2nd and 3rd Stews who will be temporary positions for the summer. Permanent. 7 crew total. No couples. English as mother tongue.

Salary is €5,000.00/mth

42 days paid annual leave accrued at 3.5 days/mth

1 annual flight

The start date ideally between mid-March and April 1st.

Absolutely no smokers

Visa B1/B2 a plus.
