Need a new Lead deck.

I’m looking for someone with experience that can lead as well and push the current bosun who will be moving to 2nd officer in the near future. Someone who when this happens can move up to a bosun role.

Details/requirements are:

  • Male
  • Yachtmaster
  • $4000 a year towards courses
  • $3500 monthly salary
  • Winter Caribbean summer Europe
  • 48 days paid holiday per year + 2 return flights
  • 17 crew onboard
  • Immediate start 
  • Must have B1/B2 and Schengen if possible
