Sales Executive

As SILENT-YACHTS we have been passionately transforming the yachting industry towards a sustainable future for over 10 years! We introduced the New Era of Yachting with the help of our Innovative Solar Powered Luxury Catamarans, which are growing in popularity rapidly. Therefore, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive for an immediate entry to support our successful team.

Responsibilities

• Sales of one of the most innovative portfolios in the entire yachting industry
• Pro-active customer service
• Strategic acquisition of new customers
• Participation at international boat shows and events
• Conducting sea trials & shipyard visits with prospects and customers
• Regular reporting to CSO
• Close corporation with marketing and project management
• Based in our Mallorca office

Profile

• Profound experience and knowledge of the super yacht industry
• Proven track record in yacht sales from 50 feet and above is preferred
• Skipper license mandatory
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Good knowledge of other languages such as German, French and Italian are highly welcome
• High willingness to travel including longer periods of staying abroad
• Confident, charismatic and convincing demeanour
• Ability to work independently in an organized and committed manner
• Skilled communicator with excellent networking abilities
• Well-groomed, cultivated and professional appearance in accordance with the standards of this industry
• Engaging Team Player with a “game changer” attitude and a “hands on” mentality
• Experienced with CRM Systems
• Experienced with Microsoft Office
