A high-profile estate is on the search for a self-motivated Maintenance Manager / Groundman to join their residence team.

The estate is used for both private owner style visits and high-end guest stays / functions

The Maintenance Manager above all will be a terrific self-starter who can undertake his/her duties with little direction and supervision

Must have an astute eye for detail and keeping things looking and working near 100%

The role is evolving and will include a combination of ‘handy man’ jobs, lawns / gardening, customer service and exterior property detailing.

The role would suit a former superyacht deckhand/engineer looking for a sea change ashore.

Would also consider non yacht candidates from a strong trade background with experience in customer service.
